For companies
Send your role brief or request a discovery call. We aim to reply within one business day.
After you send the brief
Four steps, and none of them starts before we agree on what you are actually looking for.
A job title is not a specification. The first reply is usually questions — which parts of the role are firm, which are negotiable, and what a good hire would have done in their last eighteen months.
Our own desk works it, and where the role suits them, vetted independent headhunters and partner agencies work it too. You deal with us throughout; you do not manage a panel of suppliers.
Each candidate arrives with what they have done against what you asked for, their notice period, and their salary expectation — including the ones where the fit is partial, stated as partial.
Scheduling, feedback both ways, offer and counter-offer, then the notice period — which is where placements are most often lost, and the stretch nobody is watching if the agency has already invoiced.
Saudization
Your band is not a side effect of hiring — it is one of its constraints. Work out where you sit now, and how many Saudi hires reach the next band, before you settle the shape of the role.
